There is no extra charge for names and numbers.

Once confirmation of the design, order, and payment have been made, production time is 4 – 6 weeks.

At Flip wear there is no minimum order required!

For questions about sizing, please refer to our size charts. If you are still unsure about how an item will fit, we are happy to send you a sample box of the product styles that you are interested in.
For a refundable deposit, sample boxes can be arranged and customized to your needs.
Contact us at getflipwear@gmail.com with your request. Once the products are returned in good, clean condition and within 30 days, a full refund will be made.
If you want to see the real deal before confirming your final order, we can create and produce a sample kit with your design. It would be treated as a small order, with applicable charges for the products and shipping.

Sublimation is a printing process where the ink is directly impregnated into the fabric. The positive aspects of this technique are that it won’t affect the performance of the fabric, you won’t feel the print on the garment, and the design won’t fade or crack as long as you follow the washing instructions. Plus, design options are limitless!

Flip wear offers up to 6 hours of free design assistance, with additional hours charged at a rate of 25 EUR/hour. Check our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Ideally your artwork will be sent in vectorized format (.ai /.pdf /.eps). However, if that isn’t possible, send along what you have and we are more than happy to help bring your design to life.

Order production begins once full payment has been made and received.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the quality of your final product or find any error, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. The deadline to accept returns is 15 business days from delivery.

All shipping costs are based on the final weight, the dimensions of the box and the final destination. Once your order is completed, we’ll give you a definitive price based on your quantities. Submissions exceeding 30 items within the European Community, have an average cost of 2.50 EUR per item, all duties and taxes included. For intercontinental shipments or orders of less than 30 items, please contact us.
