ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Team orders cancellation
All teams can cancel their order anytime before the agreed deadlines to order finishes. You must notify to us via email to email@example.com. In this case, we can cancel your order and make a full refund of it.
However, before starting any production, we’ll contact the you to verify and confirm that we can move forward. We’ll not start any order until we receive this email confirmation.
Once we’ve started production of your order you must assume the expenses of it. (more information in our Terms and Conditions)
Individual orders cancellation
Any individual purchased in our online store, can be fully canceled up to 24 hours after making the payment on our website.
After 24 hours, you can only return your order once you have received it and within 15 business days (more information in our Returns and Replacements ). Once we receive your purchase back, we’ll contact you via email to proceed with the refund.
Steps to cancel your order (up to 24 hours after purchase)
– Enter the order confirmation email that we have sent you and locate the order number (example: 72114).
– Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the SUBJECT: Cancel Order: XXXXX (Write your order number here). Send us your name, email and bank details, to be able to do the refund.
We’ll contact you within 24 hours and proceed to refund your order.
Keep in mind that if we receive your request for cancellation after these 24 hours of courtesy, your order could be on its way and therefore your request can’t be accepted. In this case, you will have to wait to receive the order and then proceed with its return.
